What does it cost to liquidate a company in South Africa?

When do you pay?
Nothing is payable when you complete the online application. We first review the company’s information and tell you whether this process is suitable. If it is, we confirm the R19 500 fee before work starts.
Are there court costs?
No. This service is a voluntary liquidation started by a directors’ resolution and lodged with CIPC. It does not require a court hearing, an advocate or a court application.
The liquidator’s fees are dealt with from the company’s assets after appointment. They are not part of Dynamic Legal’s R19 500 filing fee.
