1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of bizliquidate.co.za and its online application. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you formally instruct us, a separate mandate may also apply. That mandate takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.

2. Our liquidation service

Dynamic Legal Services (Pty) Ltd assists directors with the voluntary liquidation of insolvent South African companies and close corporations. The process is started by resolution and lodged with CIPC; it is not a court application.

We first check whether this process appears suitable for the company. We may decline an application where the facts or documents do not support the service offered on this site.

3. Fee and payment

The standard fee shown on this site is R19 500 once off for the scope described. If any separate third-party cost applies, we will tell you before you commit to it. Work begins once our requirements and any agreed payment conditions have been met.

4. General information

Website content is general information and is not legal, financial or tax advice for your particular circumstances. Completing the online form does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee that a liquidation will proceed.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give complete, accurate and current information.
• Confirm that you are authorised to act for the company.
• Provide the documents and instructions reasonably needed to proceed.
• Tell us promptly if any submitted information changes.

6. Timing and outcomes

Any timeline is an estimate. CIPC, the Master, liquidators and other third parties operate outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular appointment, timing or outcome, but we do commit to handling the agreed work with reasonable care.

7. Liability and website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information, third-party systems, or information supplied late, incompletely or incorrectly.
